Meteorologist Hilda Flavia Nakaboe is addressing the C40 World Mayors Summit in Copenhagen in 2019.  He and a group of Ugandan workers are urging high-income countries to commit to large and rapid emissions reduction before COP26.  Glasgow, Scotland, this week.
