New Treatment For Coronavirus 2021

The new treatment for coronavirus is Ivermectin the possible most effective tablet to fight against the coronavirus.

This medication is administered to treat certain parasitic roundworm infections.

Curing parasitic infections helps to enhance your quality of life. In people with weakened defense (immune)systems, curing roundworm infections can reduce the danger of developing a severe or life-threatening infection.

Ivermectin belongs to a category of medicine referred to as anthelmintics. It works by paralyzing and killing the parasites.

Side Effects of Ivermectin

Headache, dizziness, muscle pain, nausea, or diarrhea may occur. If you’re being treated for “river blindness” (onchocerciasis), you’ll experience reactions to the dying parasites during the primary 4 days of treatment, including joint pain, tender/swollen lymph nodes, eye swelling/redness/pain, weakness, vision changes, itching, rash, and fever.

If any of these effects persist or worsen, visit your doctor, pharmacist, or a medical facility promptly.

To reduce dizziness upon standing, rise up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.

Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because they have judged that the benefit to you is much greater than the danger of side effects. many of us using this medication don’t have serious side effects.

Tell your doctor directly if any of that rare but very serious side effects occur: neck/back pain, swelling face/arms/hands/feet, pain, fast heartbeat, confusion, seizures, loss of consciousness.

Although serious allergies response to the present drug is rare.

However, seek immediate medical attention on seeing any symptoms of a serious allergy, including rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

This is not an entire list of possible side effects. If you notice other effects ex-directory above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

What are the side effects of ivermectin?

Ivermectin is usually well tolerated. Adverse effects may include dizziness, pruritis, nausea, or diarrhea.

Neurological adverse effects are reported with the utilization of ivermectin for the treatment of onchocerciasis and other parasitic diseases, but it’s really not clear whether or not these adverse effects were caused by ivermectin or the underlying conditions.

Ivermectin is usually given on an empty stomach with water; however, the best practice is to administer ivermectin with food to increase its bioavailability.

The FDA issued a warning in April 2020 that ivermectin intended for use in animals shouldn’t be used to treat COVID-19 in humans. (source)

Eligible patients were randomly assigned during a 1:1 ratio to receive either oral ivermectin or placebo in the solution for five days.

Patients were randomized in permuted blocks of 4 during a randomization sequence prepared by the unblinded pharmacist using Microsoft Excel version 19.0 who provided masked ivermectin or placebo to a field nurse for home or hospital patient visits.

Allocation assignment was concealed from investigators and patients.

Outcome Measures Randomization

Eligible patients were randomly assigned during a 1:1 ratio to receive either oral ivermectin or placebo in the solution for five days.

Patients were randomized in permuted blocks of 4 during a randomization sequence prepared by the unblinded pharmacist using Microsoft Excel version 19.0 who provided masked ivermectin or placebo to a field nurse for home or hospital patient visits.

Allocation assignment was concealed from investigators and patients.

The primary outcome was the time from randomization to finish the resolution of symptoms within the 21-day follow-up period. The 8-category ordinal scale utilized in this trial has been utilized in different COVID-19 therapeutic trials18-20 and is suggested by the planet Health Organization’s R&D Blueprint.21 It consists of the subsequent categories: 0 = no clinical evidence of infection;

  • 1 = not hospitalized and no limitation of activities;
  • 2 = not hospitalized, with limitation of activities, home oxygen requirement, or both;
  • 3 = hospitalized, not requiring any standby oxygen;
  • 4 = hospitalized, requiring supplemental oxygen;
  • 5 = hospitalized, requiring nasal high-flow oxygen, noninvasive mechanical ventilation, or both;
  • 6 = hospitalized, requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, invasive mechanical ventilation, or both; and
  • 7 = death. Time to recovery was defined because the first day during the 21 days of follow-up during which the patient reported a score of 0.

Ivermectin is effective for COVID-19: a meta-analysis of 45 studies

Covid Analysis,  (Version 45Mar 12, 2021)

  • 100% of the 45 studies to date report positive effects. Random-effects meta-analysis for early treatment and pooled effects shows an 82% reduction, RR 0.18 [0.12-0.27], and prophylactic use shows 89% improvement, RR 0.11 [0.05-0.23]. Mortality results show 75% lower mortality, RR 0.25 [0.15-0.44] for all treatment delays, and 84% lower, RR 0.16 [0.04-0.63] for early treatment.
  • 100% of the 24 Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) report positive effects, with an estimated 70% improvement, RR 0.30 [0.19-0.47].
  • The probability that an ineffective treatment generated results as positive as the 45 studies to date is estimated to be 1 in 35 trillion (p = 0.000000000000028).

Conclusion and Relevance Among adults with mild COVID-19, a 5-day course of ivermectin, compared with placebo, didn’t significantly improve the time to resolution of symptoms.

The findings don’t support the utilization of ivermectin for the treatment of mild COVID-19, although larger trials could also be needed to know the consequences of ivermectin on other clinically relevant outcomes.

My Personal Opinion

Neck and back pain, swollen faces, arms, hands, and feet pain, fast heartbeat, confusion, seizures, loss of

Headache, dizziness, muscle pain, nausea, diarrhea, swollen eyes, redness and pain, weakness, vision
changes, itching, rash, and fever.

All the above symptoms mentioned are associated with synthetic drugs that are all manufactured by the same companies
who are against the use of ivermectin
